South Hill Charmer:

This project was a full remodel of a split-level home on the South Hill. We added a combination of cantilevered beams to open up this main floor. Custom cabinets and White Oak Island highlight this kitchen update. The large butler’s pantry brings a space for storage and food prep.

Spokane Valley Main Floor Remodel/Update:

We transformed a “rustic” great room into a modern treasure. The fireplace was moved and window added to see the view of Spokane Valley. We started fresh in the master bathroom and entire main floor bringing in custom navy cabinets with quartz countertops and new recessed lighting throughout. Replaced an outdated bathroom with a freestanding tub and tiled shower. And maximized the entry from the garage with a butlers pantry, laundry, and mudroom with built-ins.

Perry District Basement Update

This basement of a Perry District Split Level was refreshed by a total demolition of all surfaces and re-rough-in to accommodate full layout changes complete with a master suite, living room with built-in cabinets, a kitchenette with hidden laundry, and a powder room. The master bathroom was complete with a free-standing tub inside of the shower.

Charles Rd Farmhouse:

This was a ground up modern farmhouse. We provided design consultations and pre-construction to this family on a budget and helped them maximize their square footage in this simple design. It provides open space on main floor highlighted by a large island and chef style kitchen. We were able to squeeze in a full unfinished basement for the young family to grow into at their own pace.

Valley Spec House:

This was built by Homes by Timber as a Spec House near Jump Off Joe Lake on a smaller lot. This home is 1300 sf with a daylight basement and has an open concept main floor with a master suite and high vaulted ceilings. In the basement is 2 bedrooms, bathroom and living room.
