Timber Commercial Contractors is a family owned business serving the greater Spokane area. The owners, Conrad Walters and Griffin Hatch, manage and supervise a variety of commercial and residential projects both large and small. This includes remodels, tenant improvements, additions and ground up builds for offices, retail, restaurants, single family and multi-family residences, and anything in between.
They pride themselves on their reputation as fair, honest, time-efficient and customer oriented. Clients are pleased with their attention to detail and the way that they feel listened to throughout the construction process. The subcontractors that they have cultivated relationships with appreciate their thorough communication and the emphasis that they put on staying on schedule.
Timber is a family-centered business. Not only because of Conrad and Griffins relationship as cousins but because of the way that they infuse family values into their company. They work hard to use their time efficiently so that they can enjoy time with their families and they extend the same respect to the time of those who they work with. When you decide to hire Timber, you are supporting the livelihood of two families who care very much about the Spokane area. They spend a fair amount of their time volunteering through their church to serve those in our community. They are also advocates for using fellow local businesses whenever possible.
Conrad predominately manages the projects from the office side of things. Making sure that calls, emails, bills, schedules, and the paperwork is all kept on top of; all of which suits his organized nature. Conrad had five years of experience in commercial project management prior to founding Timber. He has been married to his wife, Cali for 13 years and has 4 children. His free time consists of home remodeling, furniture building and all things sport related but especially supporting WSU Cougar football.
Griffin supervises construction on-site making sure that everything runs smoothly and that subcontractors are where they need to be. He came to this company with 16 years of residential construction experience and has invaluable hands-on knowledge. He and his wife Lindsey have been married 22 years and keep themselves happily busy with their seven children. When not using his skills in the construction world, Griffin enjoys time spent collecting, trading, and selling anything natural history related.
